How do I get paid?+

We collect the protection fee from your customer at checkout, take our share, and send you the rest via direct deposit. Payouts go out monthly on the 1st.

Who pays for claims?+

We do. The protection fee your customer pays funds the claims pool. When a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we pay out directly without touching your revenue.

Will this hurt my conversion rate?+

No. The widget is opt-in only and shows after the cart is built. Most stores see 30-60% of customers opt in, with no measurable impact on cart abandonment.

Can I customize the widget?+

Yes. Brand color, title, and subtitle are configurable on the Starter plan. Growth and Scale add full branding (logo, custom CSS).

What if a customer disputes the charge?+

We handle the dispute directly with the customer and the payment processor. You stay out of it.

How do I remove ShipKeeper?+

Delete the snippet from your theme.liquid. The widget disappears immediately. Existing protected shipments keep their coverage through delivery.
