ShipKeeper, LLC (“ShipKeeper,” “we,” “us”) provides shipping protection services for packages shipped by our partner merchants. When you purchase from a ShipKeeper partner, your shipment is automatically enrolled in our protection program.
ShipKeeper protection is available for shipments that meet the following criteria:

Coverage does not extend to: items damaged before shipment, normal wear and tear, incorrect orders, product quality complaints, or items shipped via carriers without delivery confirmation.
To file a claim, you must:
All claims are reviewed by our team. The review process takes up to 7 business days. We may request additional information during the investigation. ShipKeeper reserves the right to deny claims that show indicators of fraud or misrepresentation.
ShipKeeper employs fraud detection measures including carrier delivery verification, claim history analysis, and cross-referencing of tracking data. Filing a fraudulent claim is a violation of these terms and may result in:
ShipKeeper protection may be provided free of charge as part of a partner merchant subscription. If the partner subscription ends, ShipKeeper protection continues during a 32-day grace period. After the grace period, protection continues at $9.99 per month. You may cancel at any time from your ShipKeeper dashboard.
ShipKeeper's liability for any approved claim is limited to the declared value of the item or the claim amount, whichever is less. ShipKeeper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ShipKeeper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
