Log into your ShipKeeper dashboard, select the tracked shipment, and click "File a Claim." Describe what happened and provide any supporting details. Our team reviews every claim personally.

How long does the review take?+

All claims are reviewed within 7 business days. Our team investigates carrier tracking data and delivery confirmation to reach a fair decision. We will contact you if additional information is needed.

Do I need to upload photos?+

If you enrolled through a partner brand, no uploads are required. We already have your tracking and order data. Supporting documentation can strengthen your claim but is not mandatory for partner customers.

How does real-time tracking work?+

Once your package ships, ShipKeeper monitors it across every checkpoint via AfterShip. You receive notifications when your package is in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

What if my package shows delivered but I never got it?+

File a claim through your dashboard. Our team cross-references the carrier delivery confirmation with your report. For theft claims over $25, a police report number helps expedite the review.
